Youngest-18, anything lower is illegal and I'm not into the whole jail time thing.

there is a simple formula for this. my name is Tyler Brown and i'm 22. this is the formula for the minimum age i (or anyone else) can date:
(your age / 2) + 7 years
22/2+7=18
30/2+7=22
40/2+7=27
it is consistent with the idea that as you get older, the age range of your dating pool broadens. you're all welcome for the englightenment.
25 years in age, 40 in wisdom (see debate over school attendance if you want)
Youngest - 24 (girls are so immature so you need to give them some time to get their emotions in check)

I agree with DJ, 18 and a half is almost too old to even look at. Get them immediately after their 18th birthday, you've got a solid 3 months with them.
